Greetings!
 
It gives me immense pleasure to extend my warm greetings to all members of the Indian Radiological and Imaging Association, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry Chapter, on the occasion of our Annual State Conference to be held in the historic city of Vellore.
 
This conference stands as a testament to the collective strength, academic commitment, and professional unity of our radiology fraternity. Each year, our chapter continues to grow in stature—expanding our scientific activities, strengthening our training initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of imaging practice. I am proud to witness the enthusiasm with which our members contribute to these endeavours.
 
At this moment, I wish to place on record my sincere felicitations to our luminary legends Prof.T.S.Saminathan sir, Prof.N.Kulasekaran sir, Past presidents Dr.Amarnath, Dr.Anbarasu, Dr.Shyam Kumar,Dr.Babu Peter and Dr.Chinnadurai Abdullah whose guidance continues to illuminate our path. Their presence adds immense value to this academic celebration.
 
My heartfelt appreciation goes to the Organizing Committee and the Vellore Sub-Chapter for their meticulous planning, tireless efforts, and commitment to excellence headed by the able team of Dr.Sridhar Gibikote Dr.Anu Eapen,Dr.Aparna Irodi, Dr.Shyamkumar,Dr.M.J.Srinivasan, Dr.Anita Jasper and Dr.Franklin Irwin. Their dedicated work has shaped this conference into a meaningful blend of learning, innovation, and camaraderie.
 
I welcome our delegates, postgraduates, young radiologists, and colleagues for this state annual conference. Your participation reflects the vibrant energy and academic curiosity that make our chapter one of the most active in the country. May this conference enrich your knowledge, inspire new collaborations, and motivate you to push the boundaries of imaging science.
 
I had a wonderful and productive time with our young and energetic President Dr.L.Muralikrishna as i complete my first year as state secretary and i am looking forward working with the calm and composed incoming president Dr.S.Nadaradjan sir.
 
As we step forward into another year, let us reaffirm our shared commitment to:
– Promoting evidence-based radiology,
– Embracing technological advancements responsibly,
– Fostering research and skill development, and
– Upholding ethics and compassion in patient care.
 
I am confident that with continued unity and dedication, our association will achieve even greater milestones in the years to come.
