LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION – 13.12.2025.
* The first author shall be the presenting author; Only the first author will receive the certificate of participation and prize, if selected.
* The work should be an original, unpublished work of the author(s). Previously published/presented studies cannot be submitted.
* The identity of the patient (name, hospital ID) should not appear in any of the images.
* For submitting the e-poster presentation, the author retains copyright to the content and agrees to give usage license to the IRIA for educational purpose.
* All e-posters will be reviewed by a panel of judges and the scientific committee and will be judged on scientific, research, and/or clinical value, originality of work, and their potential impact.
* Final e-poster should be based on your submitted abstract.
* Withdrawal to participate should be communicated via email before the submission deadline.
* Other specifications: Total number of slides – 10 (excluding title and thank you slide). 20 mb size limit. Both PDF and PPT formats to be uploaded.
Oral paper presentation guidelines:
* Online paper presentation should be in Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentation format only
* The top 3 PG papers & top 2 consultants will receive prestigious awards, merit certificates and attractive prizes.
* Duration of the paper presentations will be 8 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A. Please adhere to the timings, as marks may be deducted for exceeding the time limit. Shortlisted papers will have to be presented at the conference for a duration of 13 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A.
* Patient confidentiality should be protected. Names, hospital numbers or any other identity should not appear in the presentation.
* The name of the presenting author alone should be mentioned in the presentation. The College name / Co-author name should not be mentioned in the PowerPoint for neutral evaluation.
* The first author shall be the presenting author; Only the first author will receive the certificate of participation and prize, if selected.
* Presentation should be structured under the following sub-headings:

Aims & Objectives
Methodology
Results
Discussion
Conclusion
References
Your presentation will be judged based on the above, novelty of the concept, whether the conclusion answers the questions raised in aims and objectives, and presentation quality (PowerPoint quality, clarity of presentation, adherence to time).
