EGUIDELINES FOR E-POSTER
Your poster presentation should be prepared in Microsoft Power Point version 2010 or above. The preferred file format is MS-PowerPoint (*.ppt and *.pptx).
Total number of slides – 10 (excluding Title and Reference/acknowledgement) 
Embedded slides / slide overlay is not allowed. 
Both PDF and PPT formats have to be uploaded.
Title slide should contain Title and the Author’s name only. The College name / Co-author name should not be mentioned in the PowerPoint for neutral evaluation
Presentation should comprise of Title, Aims and Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Summary/conclusion and References.
Use standard Windows fonts only. Try to avoid use of non-standard Windows fonts or language specific fonts.
For text use clear fonts like Arial/Calibri/Times new Roman and font size between 20-28
For images, high-quality images are preferred. 
The presentation should reflect the contents of the submitted abstract.
The work should be an original, unpublished work of the author(s). Previously published/presented studies cannot be submitted.
The identity of the patient (name, hospital ID) should not appear in any of the images.
All e-posters will be reviewed by a panel of judges and the scientific committee and will be judged on scientific, research, and/or clinical value, originality of work, and their potential impact. 
Scientific committee’s decision is final 
For submitting the e-poster presentation, the author retains copyright to the content and agrees to give usage license to the IRIA for educational purpose. 
Withdrawal to participate should be communicated via email before the submission deadline.
